Barista
Brilliant and passionate – our Baristas lovingly handmake all our Barista-prepared drinks. And they take the responsibility seriously, undertaking weeks of training before handing a customer their first, perfect, organic Pret coffee.
Hot Chefs
Hot Chefs make sure our hot food is delicious and looks great. Every. Single. Time. When it’s busy, they’re supported by trained Team Members, who give them a hand to make sure our customers get the great quality they’re expecting. And it’s not just the food – they also make sure all our equipment always reaches our very high standards. Go team.
Team Member Trainer
Who do you think makes sure all our wonderful team members are so knowledgeable and confident? The Team Member Trainer! They’re expert sandwich-makers, customer service legends and friendly mentors, all in one. Supportive, encouraging and patient, they make sure all our people know what’s what, for the happiness and safety of our teams and customers.
