People Team
We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: Pret. Is. People. So it’s only right that we have a whole team dedicated to you!
The People Team will be with you every step of the way, from welcoming you on board to making sure you’ve got the support, tools and knowledge you need to reach your big goals.
Within this team, you’ll find the Safety Team, who make sure the environment is stress-free and safe for all our people across our shops and offices and The Pret Foundation team, who are dedicated to supporting people who need it most.
Finance Team
The Finance Team is an incredibly important part of what we do at Pret. They’re the ones who keep us on track with sound financial strategies for the future and sensible and sustainable choices.
Within the Finance Team, you’ll find the Legal Team – eagle-eyed, ultra-passionate people who make sure we’re always staying compliant with corporate, retail and food laws, all over the world.

Marketing & Brand
This is where you’ll find our storytellers, planning and crafting narratives that help people understand who we are and what we do. From mouthwatering ads to informative signs that help customers make informed choices, everything we do here has one goal: to spark joy.

Tech Team
Tech is a big big part of what we do. These innovation drivers are experts on how we can use the latest tech to elevate the Pret experience for our people as well as our customers.
